Community Guidelines

1. Respect Others

• Treat all users with kindness and empathy. No harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or personal attacks.
• No discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or identity.
• Respect other people's experiences, cultures, and opinions — even when you disagree.

2. Keep Convo Safe For All

• No illegal activity: Don’t use Konvo to engage in or promote anything unlawful.
• No violent content: This includes threats, graphic violence, or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
• No dangerous organizations or individuals: Konvo does not tolerate extremist, terrorist, or hate groups.
• No sexually explicit or pornographic content: Especially not in public Spaces or in interactions with minors.

3. Think Before You Share

• Do not share misleading or false information (misinformation, fake news, or conspiracy theories).
• Do not share personal or private information (e.g., home addresses, phone numbers) of others without consent.
• Respect intellectual property — only share content you own or have permission to post.

4. Age Restrictions

• You must be 13 years or older to use Konvo.
• Certain Spaces may require higher age limits and users should respect those boundaries.
• We take child safety very seriously — violating this rule can result in permanent suspension.

5. Use Spaces Responsibly

• Do not spam or flood chatrooms with irrelevant or promotional content.
• Avoid excessive self-promotion unless explicitly allowed by the Space.
• Naming, tagging, or designing Spaces inappropriately will result in their removal.

6. Respect Moderators and Community Managers

• Follow the rules set by the moderators of each Space.
• Do not impersonate admins, moderators, or official Konvo representatives.
• If you have concerns about how a Space is run, use the reporting features or contact Konvo Support.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Report it immediately using the in-app report feature.
• Our moderation team will investigate and take appropriate action, including warnings, content removal, temporary bans, or permanent suspension.

8. Appeals

Users who believe their account or content was wrongly removed can contact us via hello.kovoapp@gmail.com to appeal a decision. We aim to review appeals in a fair and timely manner.

9. Final Note
